Q: What do I need for class?

A: All ingredients and equipment used in class are listed as “Class Supplies List” under class descriptions and can be viewed before signing up for a class.

Q: What if I don’t have some of the equipment listed for class or can not find certain ingredients?

A: I don’t want anything holding you back from learning to cook at home. Let’s work with whatever you have! Don’t have a lid for your pan? Use a baking sheet to cover your pan on the stove. We’ll make do, I promise. As far as ingredients, our recipes will use ingredients you can find at any grocery store. If for some reason, you can’t find something, use your best judgement for a substitution, or email me and ask!
