Terms & Conditions
The following constitutes a contract between Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking and you, and by clicking "Agree", you are agreeing to be bound by all provisions in this Agreement at the time of your acceptance.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
I represent that it is my desire and intent that myself and/or my child participate in the activities of Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking, specifically including the cooking class(es) as described. I also represent that I have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of my child as the child’s parent or legal guardian. I acknowledge that participation in Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking class(es), which include participating in activities related to preparing and eating food, involves known and unknown risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, death and other damage. I expressly and voluntarily assume any and all
risks associated with participation in Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking class(es) and eating the food prepared. I understand that there are risks inherent in cooking and eating the food prepared, including but not limited to slips, falls, cuts, burns, choking, food allergy reactions and other accidents and injuries that may arise from the activity of cooking and eating the food prepared in class(es). I understand that I am ultimately responsible for maintaining the quality of the food I prepare, cook and eat during any class(es) or after any class(es). I alone am responsible for protecting myself against allergic reactions pertaining to food. I release and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking, including its members, managers, officers, owners, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, volunteers, interns, and insurers, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, expenses or losses (including attorney fees) whatsoever that could be brought by me, my child or a third party acting on behalf of my child or me for acts or omissions related in any way to, or arising out of, Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking class(es) and the preparation of food in that class for consumption. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this document, which affects my child’s and my legal rights, and I am agreeing on behalf of the child, as well as his/her heirs and assigns, who will be bound by all of its terms.

Reservations
Participants are responsible to ensure they receive registration confirmation. Participants will receive the classroom link before the scheduled class time. The instructor may substitute food items based on availability. Any and all food activities may be changed at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to change, amend, append, or improvise during class at our discretion. I agree and understand that any content created as a result of participating in a class, including but not limited to audio, visual, etc. may be used freely by Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking in the future. I understand that I can control my microphone and camera during class.

Cancellations
All sales are final. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the time of scheduled class are eligible for a one-time class transfer. Class transfers must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation. Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking reserves the right to cancel class at any time for any reason. We will attempt to notify you using the information provided upon registration regarding the cancellation and will provide a class credit towards a future class.
